If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

What We Guarantee

We guarantee that your order will:

Be produced to a professional standard 

Match the product type, size, and design you selected 

Arrive in good condition and ready to wear or use

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a production error, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (excluding postage), provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

What is Not Covered

While we do our best to ensure every order goes smoothly, there are a few things we can’t take responsibility for: 

Spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes made when placing your order 

Low-resolution images or poor-quality artwork provided  

Design errors introduced by the customer 

 Incorrect product type, colour, or size selected at checkout 

Because all of our items are made to order, we do not offer pre-production proofs or editing services unless requested.

We ask that you double-check your order carefully before submitting.

A Note on Custom Orders

Custom-printed and embroidered products are made to order and are exempt from standard change-of-mind returns under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This applies whether you’re ordering a single item or a bulk run for your business or team.

However, if the item is faulty or not as ordered, we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
