AI-Generated Artwork

AI is a fantastic tool for generating ideas and creative concepts, and we genuinely enjoy seeing the inspiration our customers bring to us. It helps us understand the style, look and feel you're trying to achieve.

However, AI-generated artwork almost always requires professional preparation before it can be printed onto garments. Elements such as image quality, transparency, sizing, colours and fine detail often need refining to ensure the finished product looks as good in real life as it does on screen.

We'll assess your artwork free of charge and let you know if any preparation is recommended before production begins.

A Note About Original Artwork

When we create original artwork or designs for you, the finished merchandise is, of course, yours to enjoy.

However, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the original editable design files and working artwork remain the intellectual property of Catchfly. If you require ownership of the source files or exclusive rights to a design, we're happy to discuss this as part of your quotation before work begins.

We're always transparent about what's included, so there are no surprises along the way.

Merchandise Collection - from £195

Create a coordinated range of designs with a consistent look and feel across your merchandise collection.

Perfect for clubs, events, organisations and brands looking to create more than a single design.

Includes:

  • Up to 3 original coordinated designs
  • Consistent artwork style across the collection
  • Initial design concept
  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions
  • Production-ready artwork files

Additional designs from £50 each.

Larger collections or more complex projects are quoted individually.

Please note: Revision rounds apply to the original approved design direction. Significant changes to the brief or a completely new creative direction may require additional design time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you design something from scratch?

Yes. We can create original artwork from your ideas, brief or inspiration.

Can you work with AI-generated artwork?

Yes, we can help review and prepare concepts, but AI-generated images often need professional adjustment before they can be used for high-quality garment printing or embroidery.

I only have a logo from Facebook. Can you help?

Absolutely. We can often recreate logos from low-resolution images or existing products.

Do I need a complete design before contacting you?

No. Many of our customers come to us with an idea rather than finished artwork.

That's where we can help.

Artwork fees cover the design and preparation of your artwork only. Garment costs, printing, embroidery and production are quoted seperately.
