What is a Catchfly store?
A Catchfly store is your very own online merch shop. You pick your products, we'll set up your page, add your own designs or logo and take care of the orders . Print or embroidery, pack, and post, is all handled from our studio in the Ochils.
Who’s it for?
This is for small businesses, community groups, charities, creatives, clubs, causes, and local legends across Scotland. If you’ve got a membership or fanbase (even a tiny one), you’re halfway there.
Do I build the shop myself?
No - we'll put together a webshop for you.
What happens after launch?
You promote your store, and we do the heavy lifting. Orders come straight to us—we print or embroider, pack and post every item for you. No stock, no storage, no trips to the Post Office.
How do I earn money?
You can earn commission, the standard rate is 15% minus a small transaction gateway fee or you can set the retail price for each product. The difference between your retail price and our base cost is your profit. Simple. We pay you monthly via PayPal, and you can check earnings anytime by logging into your dashboard.
What kind of artwork do I need for my printed merchandise?
Ideally, a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to tidy things up or point you in the right direction.
Can I add new designs or change my shop later?
Absolutely. Your shop is flexible—add seasonal items, limited editions, new designs, or tweak pricing whenever you like. After launch, you can login to the dashboard where you have complete control.
How long does it take to get set up?
If we’re building the shop for you and you have provided all the artwork and information we need, you can be live in about a week usually.
Is the store mobile-friendly?
Yes. Your shop looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops—perfect for sharing and shopping on the go.
How do I get people to buy?
We’ll give you a link to your store and some helpful tips to promote it. You can share it on social media, in your email signature, or however you like.
Do I get support?
Always. We’re a real team based in the Ochils and we’re here if you need a hand with ideas, or just a wee chat.
