After Launch Support

Once your shop is live, your members order directly through the store and can refer to the published delivery and returns information on the site.

For standard club shops, routine order-status queries and policy-based questions are designed to be self-managed using the dashboard and the information already published on the store.

Catchfly handles production, dispatch and any issues that need supplier support, such as faults, incorrect items or order problems that need investigating.
